Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of West Monroe, Louisiana.  Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days as this only delays us processing orders.

If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed. There is a Priority Mail shipping option at checkout that adds $10 to the normal Priority Mail shipping rate. These orders will be processed faster (the next business day) and typically take 2-3 business day to ship via USPS. 

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
