Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 60 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale.  

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at sales@trendychickmailers.com and forward photos of any damage.
